I’ve yet to start on my Rob site because it’s been so damned hot here and we’ve yet to put the a/c up in the living room, it still sits in the trunk of my mom’s car. BAH! It’s damn hot here today and has been for a while, I need to exercise but man, must I during this heat? The answer to that is yes, there’s no excuses, I must exercise for I didn’t workout yesterday, well I did but I don’t consider riding the bicycle only one mile a real workout and I ate way too much - so my goals for the rest of the week are calorie ranges of 1600 for two days and calorie ranges of 1400 for two days, not total but for each day and then I weigh in on Monday.
