So yesterday is my actual weigh in day and it read 272.5 but I was bloated so I made sure to get at least 7 glasses of water in and just for shits and giggles, I stepped on the scale today and it read 270. Of course, I don’t consider this “official” until I see 270 or less next monday. I plan to stay more in my ranges this week and lay off the fast food joints unless it’s Subway. To be honest with you, if you plan right, you can have just about anything including the meals that are loaded with fat, salt, calories and carbs. I put one of my recipes on sparkpeople the other day but only so my mom could include it in her meal plan for that day, yes, it’s loaded with fat, salt ( salt from the food being made by the people that make it not salt added by me. ) , calories and carbs and a few people griped and said bad things. Point being is, I was I still in ranges as was mom. Our dinners tend to be larger to make the ranges, sometimes I’ve already ate enough through the day that I don’t do this.

For other people, that meal wouldn’t have worked for that particular day but because it’s loaded with those things does not mean you can’t have it EVER, you just have to figure out how to make it work with your day. It’s about planning and knowing what you’ve done during the day to see if you can have that piece of pie or that alcoholic drink, it’s not about elimination. For some people, yes, it’s best for them to eliminate stuff from their diets because they can not control themselves around certain items. Myself, I can’t control myself around pizza. So, I try not to order pizza if I can get away with it but I have a boyfriend who isn’t on a diet and isn’t interested in losing weight right now.

Although, I’d like for him to drop about 50 lbs for health issues and to preserve his already fucked ankles but he’s not ready too, so I can’t force him to always eat like I do. I sometimes have to bend the rules for him and so far, it hasn’t hampered my weight loss.

Anyways, enough of my blabbing about weight, let’s talk about Rock of Love 2, Bret Michaels and Perez Hilton.

First of all, I began my obsession with Poison and Bret Michaels at a very young age, I was like 10 when I first said - “He’s cute.” , speaking of Mr.Michaels. So, needless to say this was way before the age of reality shows and I’m one of the few fans or at least one of the few fans that I know if that thinks A.) Bret’s doing this for publicity. B.)Bret wears a wig.

Now about Rock of Love, I liked Kristy Jo in that I’d like to f her brains out kinda way but because I’m an odd one, I was sad to see her leave. I think Megan and Daisy suck balls, Megan sucks more than Daisy. Out of the ho’s left, I want to see Amber win. ( I think that’s her name. Aubry , maybe? It starts with an A. It’s the one that got to stay out of fluke because the one girl left on her own. )

See, now if Kristy would have already had “shit” taken care of, she’d still be there and that blowhole Megan would be gone.

Next thing about Rock of Love, IT’S FAKE! IF you this show is “reality”, then you’re a moron! It’s SCRiPTED!

Now about Perez Hilton, I think he’s entertaining in that annoying sorta way. I can only handle him in small doses and I think he’s a fake, I can’t quite put my finger on it but he seems fake to me. However, it was fun seeing him ask Bret if he stuffs his pants — hmm, watch A Letter From Death Row the shower scene and judge for yourself OR get a hold of the Bret/Pammy porno and judge for yourself. Bret’s not tiny but he’s not a “drummer”, either.
